stayed up last night drinking, for a change. watched some random late night itv rubbish, that culminated in "ghost stories", which may well be the worst thing i've ever seen on television. i mean, really bad. these were plots and characters you'd be embarassed to put in a tv series from the 70s, let alone the 90s. just truly terrible. the oddest thing was that the second episode we saw, by far the worst, was written by tim minear, the guy who co-produces firefly and has written a bunch of episodes. and they're good. so maybe he'd been smacked on the head in the last few years and it rescrambled his brain in a good way. or maybe he just learnt how to write something decent.

anyway if you get the chance to watch it you probably should, definitely "so bad it's funny" material (at least, if you're pissed)
