well hello there fight fans. it's been a while since my last exciting missive hasn't it? i suppose it's the usual excuse, "nothing much to say". i'm still here in charlbury, sponging off my family. my life at the moment consists of eating snack products, watching bad movies on sky, playing badminton, and trying not to think about cigarettes.

yeah, i've given up smoking. it's not a health thing as such, more of a money thing. i just can't afford them, it was kind of a stupid habit to pick up in the first place really considering my situation. and if i'm being honest i don't really like the idea of being addicted to something either. well, in some ways it appeals. "if you spend all your time wanting something, it can almost make you feel wanted". heh. anyway, i guess it bothered me that i wasn't smoking for pleasure anymore, i was smoking out of habit, regardless of whether i was enjoying the current fag or not. so it's time to make a stand!

that said, if i do become fabulously wealthy (or maybe just get a job) i suspect i'll start smoking again just because i can afford it. though by then they'll probably cost 20 quid a pack or something and it'll become more cost effective to start doing cocaine instead
