Last month I signed up for an account on Audioscrobbler. It's a weird little winamp plugin thing that monitors what you listen to. Then it sends the info off to their site where creates lists of what bands and songs you like (it also makes weekly charts of the most popular tracks amongst all users). It's fun in itself, in a nerdy listy way, but it also ties into another site called last.fm where it creates a streaming radio channel based on what songs you like.
