I've been watching Deadwood in fits and starts with Christian, I likes it! We're almost through the first season now. There's something about seeing Lovejoy shout "CUNT!" that never gets boring. I find the sheer relentless grimness of it highly entertaining too. Poor Veronica Mars!

I watched the first episode of the new season of Battlestar Galactica last night, it was good. Maybe not as exciting as I'd hoped it would be, but I think that's because it didn't really come up with any new surprises or twists, it was too busy dealing with the outcomes of the various cliffhangers the first season ended on. But I'm glad it's back anyway so I can once more have some weekly spaceship joy in my life.
